A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught children how to sail for about 10 years now. These children range in groups of 5-15 and ages 5 to adult. This requires not only instruction, but First Aid and CPR certifications and safety procedures. I also am now a Spanish professor at a local community college, teaching a Medical Spanish class to nursing students.
I love teaching and working with children. I think that turning the class material into a fun experience will make it easier to learn, and make the experience enjoyable for them as well. With an extensive academic background in both the sciences and the arts, I have used many methods of learning. My strengths vary from languages to chemistry and I am an avid writer.
