Some students require a more incremental approach, covering material at a slower pace or more than once. Other students learn quicker and get frustrated if things are repeated. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2005 I went on to work as a Special Education aid at the middle school level. I was responsible for a ten year old girl with Asperger's Syndrome, which required me to monitor her throughout the day as well as modify each lesson given in each subject.
