Hi all! I am a Dean's Circle undergraduate student at Boston University who is fluent in both Japanese and English. I am a native Japanese speaker, who grew up attending a Japanese public school in Kyoto. I have several years experience teaching Japanese and English to a diverse body of students ranging from ages 3 to 70 and get along with people from all backgrounds. I'm a master student at Tufts University pursuing my degree in Nutrition Science and Policy. I have came to US with my family 8 years ago when I was 16. I'm a native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker. I have also lived in Japan for 2 years when I was 11, and I'm also fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Japanese as well. I'm familiar with both Chinese and Japanese culture. A Little Bit About Me...

Currently, I am a freshman student in Northeastern University. This is my third year in the United States so first you do need to worry about to communicate with me in English. First, I an Japanese so I have a strong skills to teach Japanese to all of the level from children to adult. (Read, Write, Listen, Speak) At the same time I also can teach Chinese. I studied in China for five years for my elementary school so my Chinese is as well as Japanese. I can read, write, listen and speak. I can teach speaking, writing, reading, and listening Japanese. Therefore, I have many styles of teaching depends on what you want to learn about Japanese.
I was raised and born in Japan, and lived there for almost 19 years. My dad is American and my mom is Japanese, so I speak both languages. Japanese is my first language; went to Japanese schools until middle school, and started to attend to American school since high school. I never taught Japanese to anyone, but I used to teach English to young children in a day care in Japan. I took AP Japanese in high school, and scored 5 on the AP test.
