I have developed a visual but also mathematic style of teaching chemistry which relates every mathematic relationship involved in chemistry to a visual response or reaction. I've stressed practical thought, rational development, and scientific reasoning to ensure it becomes a second nature. I think it's Important to pace your studies and maintain a consistent schedule to avoid overworking. May require some work outside of tutoring classes but never exceeding 20/30 minutes of work. As a supervisor and trainer in the military, it was my responsibility to train the new individuals that came into the job. There was a lot of studying material that I constantly had to sit down and go over with them. We made flashcards, took notes, made up quizzes, did verbal question and answers, etc. I actually used to tutor math in High School when I was in an advanced Calculus class and have helped many friends with their college math.
