I have worked in Accounting and Finance management roles in large corporations for over 20 years. I have supervised, directly or indirectly, groups as large as 90 individuals. I also have managed smaller teams where I have had responsibility for one to four individuals. It became apparent to me early in my career that often my workers were not equipped with the appropriate knowledge skills to perform the work required by their position.
