Accounting is a very difficult concept for people to understand and I enjoyed working with them one on one to help them get through this course. Accounting is important to understand as it could help the individual out in their personal finances as well. While going to college at the UW – Eau Claire, I've been a math and statistics tutor for the past four years. I've also been a Teacher’s Assistant for a statistics Professor where my duties consisted of running review sessions for the class before quizzes and exams along with grading homework and exams. I have completed four statistics courses dealing with different areas of statistics. I also have experience in one-on-one tutoring. Over the past four years I’ve tutored seven students individually meeting at the library to work. Last year, though, I worked with a student who had Cerebral Palsy. I worked with him individually at his own home. I thought it was a great experience and we had a blast working together.
