I believe organic chemistry can be very simple if you work hard enough at it. I can work with as many as four students at a time, and keep repeating a topic with a student until he or she understands the subject completely. I have a PhD in Organic Chemistry, a subject that is a major hurdle for pre-medical students. During my time at Tufts University, I have mentored many undergraduate students.
