I was a member of the AT&T Regional Education Center staff where my primary responsibilities included development/delivery of custom technology presentations and delivery of required sales certification courses. I was a member of team that developed comprehensive call center curriculum offered as a fee-based product by AT&T Call Center Consulting. This included courses specific to associate, supervisor and manger in the areas of customer service, inside sales and account management. These courses were later adopted as accredited course offers by Purdue University. I have served the last 5 years as an ESL tutor for Literacy Green Bay. I recently graduated cum laude (3.704 GPA) from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay earning a BA in English with an emphasis in creative writing. While attending UWGB I served as the fiction editor for The Sheepshead Review, UWGB's journal of the creative arts.
