Graphic Design is one of my top subjects! I attended one of the best advertising and graphic design schools in the country. The education I took away was priceless. I understand the communication industries from the ground up and feel confident I can help anyone understand and excel in this area. I have been a professional graphic designer for 20 years and know I could teach a course in any specific area of design.

From a young age, I had the ability to observe things, study things, look at things. Little did I know that would be a fledgling foundation in the visual arts. Constantly drawing from the age of 5, it felt natural to look or think of subject matter and draw my interpretation of it. Fast forward to college and my discovery of the field of graphic design. Upon acceptance and arrival at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, my world completely changed. The school was so top-notch, it opened up an industry and the amazing people who made it happen. My comments on tutoring Graphic Design : I work as a Graphic Designer.

I have an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology, other wise known as Digital Arts. I made Wedding videos, Websites, and I work as a Graphic Artist at CBS 21. I enjoy helping people anyway I can! I grew up working for my parents in their lawnmower shop and I still help them out even to this day. When I got Diagnosed with burkitt's lymphoma at the age of sixteen, it made me want to help people who just were motivated or just thought they're not good enough. I will do my best to help anyone!

A Little Bit About Me...

I have found teaching to be the most fulfilling and challenging experience of my life thus far. Each classroom environment and student is dynamic and different. My experience working with students from ages 10-25 has showed me the various ways that students learn and has challenged me to become an effective communicator in any situation. I believe that it is imperative to provide multiple pathways for learning to occur allowing all students to receive the opportunity to reach their highest potential. Learning begins with the students, and it is my hope to nurture the students education and positively change their lives.
