While studying for my undergrad in economics I found a passion in helping others succeed as I was. I often held study sessions with groups ranging from 2- 10 people at least twice a week. When during these sessions if an individual felt lost, I would often meet with them at a later date to coach them separately. We talk through the assignment and I let them explain to me why they are doing what they are. If it isn't the correct answer to the problem, we review the material again and go over why it isn't correct.
