Over many years as an IT person, I worked with clients, one on one, teaching them how to get their computer to do what they want it to do. Often times, the client would be very frustrated. I needed to first, relieve the frustration – then determine what needed to be done to rectify the situation (through a question and answer processes). Additionally, positive reinforcement is needed throughout the learning process to allow for a more affirmative result.

It was my job to try to "trick" the scales before they could become available for commercial use. I moved back home to Coshocton when I got married.
