I have been teaching Spanish for 5 years in a variety of settings. I have taught high school Spanish and elementary Spanish, focusing on Spanish I and II. I have worked in private and public school settings. I also have experience teaching English at the Elementary level. I have been tutoring students in Spanish for 9 years now, and have worked with ages 3-22. I am comfortable tutoring individuals or groups, as well as children or even adult learners. I have lived in Spain for a year and spent a semester of that time teaching in Spanish schools.
I believe that learning a language comes from interacting with another person and focusing on developing communication skills. Highly trained and successful in remediation

My style is dictated by the technique of instruction selected and is determined by the needs of the student.
I am a highly trained elementary teacher. My experience includes working with students in all grades k-12 in the areas of special education, Reading Recovery, and One on One Orton-Gillingham.
