With Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies, I trained the mobile sales force on productivity tools and sales tools. I led the productivity consultant team in designing curriculum and delivery methods in many flavors: Face to face, online, hard copy. I also led the design and maintenance of our internal website and helped with enhancements to the Agilent website such as the Online Store. I am also a certified MS Office Specialist and have volunteered as a computer skills instructor for non profits.

I'm patient and listen to the student to see what they get and don't get about the premise of the lesson. Then we get to it. Careful reinforcement of the Correct method will ensure Remembrance and Results. Also, Lessons must be approached within the context of the Big Picture. Students need to realize that there are no pointless or forgettable sections. Basically, communication is key followed by practice, reinforcement, more practice. Learning can be at pace, but laziness and whining will not be tolerated.
I have a Bachelor of Art in History, predominantly American. I also pursued Engineering for my first year and plan to go back to College. I have completed through Calculus II and am also experienced in hands-on mechanical. I have limited tutoring experience, but I know I can listen and respond. Any experience came from helping others in classes during College.
