Sometimes, while defining a problem, it is also important to look at the problem critically and identify why certain attributes are arranged in a certain order. Good visualization is also very important in Mathematics and the Sciences; therefore, I make heavy use of illustrations and the graphing calculator. In undergrad, I was somewhat of a perfectionist looking for a way to help others. I found that being a tutor and a supplemental instructor allowed me to help others in ways I could never imagine. I became a California Reading and Learning Certified tutor and supplemental instructor in 2008 with a program called the Center for Academic Success at the small liberal arts college I was attending and recieved students asking for help in classes including english, college writing seminars, chemistry, and math.
