The key to educating children is to instill in them a lifelong passion for learning. Every day I try to do that with my students. Although, they come into my class with a lot of "baggage" from home and challenges with being bilingual I build their confidence through specific praise. I also challenge them to think "out of the box". I applaud creativity and discovery. In addition, I provide a safe learning environment by being patient and understanding of their needs.
