I started tutoring students middle and high school prior to graduating college. I have taught part-time college students at various institutions since 1996. I also have worked as an independent tutor part-time. I have more than 30 years of experience teaching as a one-on-one tutor and as a college instructor. I currently teach at Wake Tech Community College. I have been a counselor in the public schools for the past 16 years, both at the elementary and high school levels. I have tutored students in many subjects; ranging from 3rd grade math to advanced algebra to US History.
I am able to diagnose weak points in the student's knowledge and remedy those weak points so that the student is better able to have a full understanding of the content.
