My teaching style is focused on student achievement. Many parents complain that their child does poorly on tests. This is often a result of inadequate teaching practices which fail to recognize individual learning differences in students. My goal in teaching is to individualize the learning process for each student, so that the student understands and retains knowledge and is able to explain what they learned. This process increases their test scores and confidence. Students often require that educational materials be modified or accommodated to meet their particular needs. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a firm believer in teaching the basic concepts in Mathematics and Statistics in a constructive way so that the students would comprehend/understand the problem and work on their own with some guidance. When I was a graduate student, I was a very popular teaching assistant.
I have taught Mathematics/Statistics at all levels (B.S. and M.S) at both US and Indian Universities for over 3 decades. Because of my passion for teaching, I have taught Mathematics and Statistics in George Washington University, National Institute of Health and University of Virginia, while being a Team Leader/Vice President in Food and Drug Administion and INC. Research, respectively. I have also remotely guided a couple of Senior High School Students in their AP Mathematics courses and project work in Statistics.
