My style is definitely mentoring by example. What I expect a student to do I will do as well so we share the experience and have fun learning. Before I come into any educational experience I research content and expect my students to share in the delight of gaining information. I love to learn and expect to share that with every student what-ever their age. Over the past 20 years I have consulted with almost every educational publisher and assisted in the development of educational texts in writing, natural history,science, biology and cultural history. As well as working with publishers I have assisted in the creation of educational museum exhibits and worked as Field Producer for TV documentaries including clients such as PBS and the Discovery Channel.
