As a graduate of Pfeiffer University's Pre Medical program, I feel that I am qualified to tutor students in the fields of math and science. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and finished in the top ten in my class. With a double major in Pre-Med and Biology, and a minor in Chemistry, I have gained understanding of these areas and can help other students learn and understand the concepts presented in these particular subjects. I have six children of my own and know that every child learns differently, even when they come from the same family. I believe the majority of children can master the material they are presented in school, but it is a matter of time. Many children take a little more time to understand the concepts and master the skills needed to move on to the next level. Sadly many of these children aren't given the time to do it and are just passed on to the next level. By doing this they fall further and further behind until they become discouraged to the point of quitting. I desire to reach those children.
