ARTIST/GRAPHIC DESIGNER/PHOTOGRAPHER

I do not have any teaching style, I beleive it is different for every individual. As an dyslexic artist there is no standard of teaching. Each student learn in what ever methods works for them.
As a graphic designer I have done free-lancing with Orbit Media, Flint, Michigan. I have designed a CD cover for a childrens video for this media company. I can teach in any style that suits the student. I am flexible with whatever excels the students learning the most.
I have taught a large array of children and adults, anywhere from a 2nd grader struggling with reading to adult Burmese refugees. I have the patience and flexibility to successfully work with anyone. I started tutoring when I was around the age of 13. I taught a young Korean girl English, where I would have to create my own lesson plans. I use a variety of teaching styles while instructing students. Alternating between styles helps to keep minds engaged and participation at a maximum. When covering content I use many examples that relate to real life, that way students can relate it to something they have experienced or seen. I also like performing small-scale experiments and labs. I will use power point presentations as well as the overhead for drawings, notes, and discussion.
