I have been doing self works for over five years and finally started to get trained in the year 2010 to better understand the arts and be able to do it for a living. In the year of 2011, I was able to get many commissioned works of a large set of thing, from simple sighs, to complex advertising for small businesses. From here I started to work for Ocean Arts Hawaii and also Boston University's Latin American Law Student Association as a temp help, photo clean ups and also make advertisements of various sorts for them. I started teaching tennis to juniors at the age of 16. I enjoyed that very much. For close to 10 years I taught at a country club in Connecticut. During my time there I did not focus on winning, but our record went from 0-7 to 7-0. I attribute this to the power of positive teaching. After I completed Loyola University MD, I went into B2B Corporate sales, where I was successful, but my passion remained with teaching. Recently I was a PE Coach at a school, and I started an after school program for tennis and golf for the children.
My teaching style is modeled after the Princeton Method, which is the way that I was taught to teach tennis. The Princeton method focuses on the positive. So instead of saying "don't skip the hesitation for a period mark", I would say "remember to hesitate in between sentences".
