As far as I can remember I have always appreciated quality education. As a small boy I remember going to the small local library in Portsmouth, Virginia where the Librarian once said that she knew that if she would only have one patron for the day that it would be me. I have worked in three libraries during my career. During college I was selected as a Librarian Assitant based on my interest, academic achievement and overall poitive conduct at the university. After college later on in my carer after college I worked at both the Main Branch and one of the other locations in the City of Richmond, Virginia. I believe that education is key to success early in life and that a good education make a sound foundation for later success in life. I have over 10 years of experience in the education field with a special love for tutoring Mathematics. The unique thing about my experience is that I have tutored ages 8-28 through my many recipients. I believe in a multi facet teaching style. Children learn by many different ways. Some children learn by audio, visual, or kinetic. So, I would teach in a style that suited by the student's needs. I love teaching and working with children. I understand differen conditions such as Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder.
