I have taught fourth grade for four years. In my second year there, I currently am in charge of the fifth grade team of 13 teachers for Tennessee Virtual Academy, a public online school. Friendly understanding and patient. You gotta relate the kid and make them want to learn if they are actually gonna listen and absorb the information. I am currently a junior at East Tennessee State University majoring in Geography with a minor in International Affairs. I have a 3.9 GPA in college and graduated in the top 5% of my class at Science Hill High School with a 3.9 GPA. I have an extensive background in the field of social studies, having taken multiple AP and honors level social studies courses in high school and studying it in college. This requires teaching them how to apply their accounting knowledge learned school as well as teaching them accounting principals that were both new or forgotten. I have worked with children in a pre-school or subing element for years, as well as an office. I am 2 classes away from my Assoc of E.Edu at the University of Phoenix. I plan to continue with my B.S.
