A Little Bit About Me...

I attended the University of North Dakota for 4 years and in that time received a BA in Anthropology which has provided me the experience and knowledge of helping people in holistic ways. I now attend graduate school to obtain an MS in Applied Anthropology. Just about every semester I have written a 7-15 page research paper and have written several other essays, reports, and assignments in general. I have also done research for domestic violence organizations and helped teach college-level introduction courses.

A Little Bit About Me...

As an instructor at Minnesota School of Business, I taught composition, business writing, technical writing, English grammar, and communication theory to adult students of all ages and a wide variety of backgrounds, including many ESL students. In a class of 20 students, writing ability ranged from negligible to excellent, so it was a challenge to keep all of them interested and to ensure improvement across the board. Since leaving MSB, I have tutored several ESL students in writing and grammar, mostly online. I continue to write and edit professionally.
