My comments on tutoring Calculus II : Graduated from Bay Path College with BS in Biology and a Math minor. Was a peer math and science tutor for 3 years.

Worked as a peer tutor in Science & Math for 3 years while attending Bay Path College. Since graduating have been working as a quality assurance specialist in the pharma & med device field. Have continued to enjoy teaching others by hosting new employee orientaions and creating periodic company wide skill training workshops.

I am open to all questions and try to answer all of them. I try to show the student applications of the math I'm teaching, not just formulas and ways things are calculated. I will not leave the student without an answer to his questions. I'm very thorough.
i have my bachelor's degree in mathematics. I also have experience tutoring people who want to get their GED and high school students. I have always loved math, back to elementary school, and I have always done well at it. When I was a Junior high school student, I started an advanced program in mathematics from columbia university. I was in the program throughout my junior high and high school years.

I have a BS in Chemistry, an MFS in Forensic Chemistry and a strong aptitude in math and computers. Early on in my career I spent 1 1/2 years as a substitute teacher in the areas of math and science, including several months as a long-term substitute in chemistry. For the last 20+ years I have been employed as a chemist/scientist/supervisor in both government and corporate settings. As a scientist I routinely mentored the chemists who worked with me and as a supervisor I was responsible for the training of new hires. I was the designated Lab Math trainer for 4 years and have provided training in numerous software applications as needed. I have also been teaching adult classes at my church for the last 10 years.
