A Little Bit About Me...

As a recent graduate of a rigorous medical school program, I have been able to succinctly summarize and whittle down an extraordinary amount of information into actionable parts. As a result of my experience, I am able to teach friends, college and medical school colleagues need-to-know knowledge(English,biochemistry,physics, statistics, mathematics) in an time-constrained environment.
I love imparting knowledge and observing a lot of "aha" moments when a person understands the material. I would describe my teaching style as engaging, relaxed but focused on learning the pertinent material. My teaching style concentrates on the task I ought to solve. If I teach a group of people, I give a brief exam first. Tutoring individuals allows me to concentrate on one person and develop a winning strategy to motivate and teach the student for the given subject. Repetition, breaking down complex problems to simple ones and enthusiastic explanation is mainly my style. I am always adjusting to the individual who has to learn.
I have been tutoring Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics since an undergraduate student. I also tutored English in Europe for several years and prepared my students for the TOEFL. I have been also teaching economics and finance because in 1995 I took the series 7&63 stockbroker licence and in 2000 I passed the LIFA, licensed international financial analyst exam.
