I approach teaching is “learner centered.” I first determine a student’s personality and learning style. Then, I tailor the instruction to use his or her strengths to accelerate comprehension. Building on the basics is essential to progressing through a subject area. Therefore, I will diagnose any gaps in learning and cover these before progressing. I have learned a great deal in the academic as well as the professional world. I have earned a degree in Finance and an associates in Accounting and Economics. I have learned a board range of skills in mathematics, accounting, finance and economics. Which I have been able to develop further by working in both financial and accounting professions.
