My comments on tutoring World History : I know certain areas and time periods better than others. I can certainly help K-12 levels of World History.

I have for many years helped friends and family when they have needed help with history papers, literature and writing homework, etc. I would love to assist others to achieve success in school as well. I can help with research papers or just regular homework. I am a history buff and enjoy reading history in my spare time so I can offer insight into history homework as well.

My teaching style consists of finding that unique style that will suit each individual student. Growing up, I noticed that it was very hard for certain students to grasp certain concepts because they were not engaged in the teaching method. It is no secret that everyone learns a certain way, and no two ways are ever the same. I believe that my patience, my calm demeanor, and habit of wanting to make learning something fun rather than a job has certainly helped me in my education. I also am a big proponent of having children set goals for themselves. After graduating second in my class with a 3.9 GPA, I started working for the Art Institute of Chicago.
