Based on my degree which is BS in Finance and MS in Management Information Systems I have been able to touch so many learning experiences from this. The nature of my studies has helped me to gain more understanding in both the business aspect and sciences. I have two kids and I understand how kids can sometimes struggle in school. I love to simplify the subjects to them. I also work on self confidence issues. A lot of kids struggle because the lack of confidence. I work closely with kids and make them feel comfortable so they can response better. I believe in repetitions. The more the kids can go over the problem the more confidence and knowledgeable they will be. I also like to teach the kids certain strategies when they solve problem or when they do test to get better and faster results.

A Little Bit About Me...

As an active member of my community, in the form of pageantry, volunteering, and leadership, I have always enjoyed instructing others. Currently, I love my job at Midwest Generation as an Instructional Designer of Training. I get to train Engineers and Office Managers on subjects I knew little about, and have grown in responsibility and development. I love kids, since my summer camp instruction job I held all throughout High School as well as an active instructor at my church. I just graduated from Illinois State University about a year ago, and am recently educated and knowledgeable in all subjects, especially English, Social Studies, and Math.
