I enjoyed seeing the children learn and show pride in their accomplishments. I loved helping these children grow and improve their test scores. Many of children showed marked improvement in their work. I found different strategies of teaching worked best with different children. I tried to teach to each child in a way that was best for them. I believe that it is unrealistic to expect students to learn at the same rate and have identical learning styles, so teachers must differentiate their instruction to account for all types of learning abilities, levels, interests, and talents.
