If you don't like the results, I haven't done my job.

All I do is tend to my students needs. I'm personal. Like to get off track with my students and lead them back to the point.
I won the state championship in the 100 meters and went to Adams State College in Alamosa CO. Broke a leg in track and received withdrawn F across the board. Left college and healed up. Went to the Army two years and reserve three years. Came back and picked up the quickest degree possiable. Moved to Hawwaii, three years. Became a ciritified dept of defense government contractor. Furnish and deliver contracts. Ended up moving back home to Albuquerque NM. I started working in the Indian Casinos for 13 years. I bought a house and retired. But now I'm tired of sitting around.

I have found in my experience that when mutual respect and open communication exists between teacher and student, they become willing to learn more and work hard because they know what is expected of them. I try to find what "excites" them and incorporate that into their educational experience. I have my students "talk" me through the concepts that I teach them to ensure they captured an understanding of the concept. If they see it, hear it, and say it, repeatedly, then they are more likely to retain it.
