My comments on tutoring Speaking : Good speaker, and speech writer. Experienced having to stand in front of peers and colleagues to give presentations for classes and briefings. Able to help teach how to become a better speaker through learned exercises and creative criticisms.

My experiences come from a mix of studies and real life application. I have studied various forms of writing, from professional, creative, and argumentative; these include gather sources and properly citing them in both MLA and APA formats. My personal applications of these writing materials have been for personal use in working on short stories and poems. I have an extensive history with drawing, mainly through personal sketches (both cartooning and realism). While in college, I have also studied several techniques that have greatly improved my drawing practices in the form of realistic drawing.
My teaching style is very hands on, and student focused. I like to connect with whoever I teach on a personal level so that they can feel comfortable with me as a tutor and with themselves while learning how to approach old problems in new ways.

While working at Excel Personal Development, I had the opportunity to mentor students ranging from elementary school to Middle School. While working with these students I was able to assist them in developing life skills, English, and mathematics. As a graduate student, I have successfully tutored a number of undergraduate students. I received my BS in Biology and minor in Chemistry. Currently, I have 15 graduate semester hours including Advanced biochemistry, parasitology, Advanced botany, and Plant development. In addition, I have extensively learned proper laboratory research paper formatting. I have tutored Anatomy/Physiology, general chemistry, and pharmacology.
