I am a 24 year old Mathematics Instructor at a couple local Community Colleges. I have a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and am currently working on a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics through the University of Washington. I have tutored privately since High School( about 6 years ago). I have tutored through various tutoring agencies for the past 3 years. I am comfortable tutoring arithmetic, pre-algebra, algebra, trigonometry, Pre-calculus, and Calculus.
I recognize that students have different learning styles, so I try to adjust my tutoring style to my student's particular needs. I myself am a visual learner, so would say I naturally lean towards teaching in a visual style.
