Teaching is my passion. I have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art History with a second major in Italian and a Masters in Elementary Education with certification. These areas of study coupled with my extensive work background enable me to present challenged learners with a variety of solutions for academic struggles. I have spent many years training adults in the job force and I have three years experience in the elementary school grade levels.

All children and adolescents can successfully acquire and process new information. Many students encounter difficulty learning in a traditional school setting because the large class sizes do not afford the teacher the time to learn about each individual and attend to his or her specific needs. As a tutor, I find my students' strongest learning modalities. In doing so, my students learn to trust and respect me as a person and see me as a support.
