During college, I was in food service for 5 years, then a Records Clerk in county government. I was Advertising Director and Business Manager for two small, innovative Philadelphia newspapers. I love the written word and reaching people, so I ultimately chose to major in journalism. My love for teaching and instructing students led me to pursue my minor in education.
