Arabic is my native language. I have a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I can teach kids the basics of Arabic language including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and punctuation. I have a total of one academic year teaching experience at the kindergarten (KG) level. This was part of my practicum experience as an undergraduate student. Right now, I am working on full-filling the requirements of admission to a graduate program. My plan is to pursue my graduate education in a specialty related to early childhood/elementary education.

I was trained in MSA at the Defense language Institute in Monterey CA where I graduated with honors. I was then trained in both the Levant and Iraqi dialects. I'm a big fan of the "See One, Do One, Teach One" approach. So in group settings I will teach a concept, give a quiz on the concept, and then have the students teach the concept back to the group. I earned my Associates Degree for teaching English from the Princess Alia College in Amman, Jordan. I taught high school English for one year in Jordan. I got a certification in the study of libraries and computers by completing a one hundred and twenty hour course on the study of computers in libraries. I worked in the Royal Jordanian College of War & Defense Library for 6 years. Then I moved to America and I can read, speak, and write both Arabic and English.
