My comments on tutoring Chinese : I am a native Cantonese speaker and attended a Chinese school from age 4 to 14 whose curriculum emphasized in traditional Chinese language, e.g. Confucianism, Menjianism, Liji, Analects and other traditional Chinese philosophers, Chinese history, Calligraphy. All classes were conducted in Mandarin, the official language of China. So I am also proficient in speaking Mandarin.

I have been a Microsoft Office developer for 10 plus years. My specialty is in developing stand-alone applications using MS Excel and MS Access. It is my desire to share my Visual Basic and Visual Basic Application language skills with those who want to learn. I have your child's best interest in mind and heart.

Depending on the child -- varying from mixing games, workbook, straight from their textbook, etc.
Have been working with early childhood and childhood level on and off since high school. The age range from newborns through fifth grade. From babysitting to working on homework and studying as well as Mandarin tutoring. On occasion can also teach teenagers to cook as well. Children need guidance, time and often TLC and a comfortable environment for them to learn. My interest is to help make children feel comfortable that way they feel safe and will absorb and retain more information that way. In our society today, it's a competitive world than what it used to be.
