I first make learning fun and exciting. As in past experience each child learns diffently and I need to be able to adapt to this. I first see what the level of the child is then work on the next step and help make sure the new level is learned as well as the old level is still maintained.

My approach to teaching is build the students confidence by showing them that no problem is to difficult to challenge. I enjoy working with students step by step through each problem so that they can understand the essence of the question being asked and as such if the question is framed differently they are still able to answer it. I have always wanted to teach Math and Science. I have volunteered tutored on and off for five years for friends and family. I have a BS in Chemistry and have worked as a Chemist for 13 years. I currently am working as an accountant. I enjoy formulas and showing my students how everything comes togeher.
