I prefer to teach by doing, as I believe that performing tasks and becoming familiar with the process is more beneficial than wrote memorization or written assignments/quizzes. I like to get to know my student, where they are in their studies, and what they feel they need to work on versus what they already know.
I have plenty of experience working on personal, university, and job related projects. Notable projects I have worked on would include creating a mobile study app for the Genetic Counseling degree at Boise State University, creating a back-end staff directory service/database for the New York Public Library, and plenty of Flutter projects.

My comments on tutoring Computer Programming : Did computer programming in 20 different languages over last 30 years

I have been tutoring friends and family in mathematics for thirty years, and as I enjoy this I started Tutoring. I love mathematics and teaching mathematics. And I can teach a love or at least a like for mathematics. (and I have to have 300 characters here ?, I have been accused of rambling before, but can I make it to 300 ?, OH great I made it to 300)
Teaching Style : Teaching style has to adjust to student. I know the subject, I must know how the student learns and adapt my teaching to that.

I aim to work with people, by basically a read of the person and then testing them if I need more information. This then gives me the opportunity to relate to them on the many levels an effective teacher has to relate to make the child successful. The idea is to figure out what works on a given student and take their strengths and develop them. This is best done on a case by case basis and focusing in on improvising to cater the lesson to their desires. "If you're not on your toes here, you're not doing it right" is my motto.
I have worked hard at learning German. Although all I speak right now fluently is German and English, I am working on French as well. During the summer of 2005, I tutored mentally disabled children in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. I attended the University of Idaho and have received a B.S. in Mathematics. I have spent the last five years attaining my BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Idaho. Throughout those four years I have had several opportunities to help out by mentoring young students. I am a part of a greek organization on campus that has housed many students, of which I have had the chance to help. I have tutored in several areas including: English, Mathematics (up to Ord.
