My comments on tutoring Test Preparation : Have expert methodologies to teach/tutor better Test Preparation skills.

I believe in tutoring so that the child receives feedback and fully understands his/her own limitations and how to overcome obstacles in class. Many children lack positivity in the methodology! I also believe that using art instruction helps children to learn in a more creative manner.
I have over of 30 years of progressive experience in tutoring young children in the elementary years of education in all subject matter areas. My specialty is literacy and reading, but I am also adept in teaching all of the math curricula as well. I also firmly believe that teaching organizational skills and proper research methodologies are very important for the classroom today--and every child needs these skills in order to excel in the classroom and survive. Elementary, Middle, High School and College Tutor

I have tutored and mentored students for more than five years in Algebra I & II, Trigonometry, Physics, Chemistry, English and ESL. I have a degree in Psychology and a certificate in TEFL. I believe tutoring is a really helpful and useful addition to class and studying by oneself because it is reviewing class material once again and it is a way for students to be accountable to yet another person who knows the answers to their questions and can help them work to that answer as well.
I usually start with a diagnostic test to concentrate on weaker areas then come up with a weekly plan focusing on those areas. After a lesson, I usually give worksheets and sometimes online exercises, depending on the subject, and use videos and games if applicable.
