As a graduate of Indiana University and a current law student at the Ave Maria School of Law, I was and still very much am driven by a desire to learn and share that knowledge with those around me. I earned a BA in Political Science and a Minor in International Studies with a concentration in Human Rights. These two degrees have helped me gain an understanding of how the world of politics works, and its global impact. Because of my major, I have acquired a great deal of experience in writing essays and preparing presentations. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style approaches the learner with patience and creativity. As an art and writing student, I realize that many kids learn differently, and I try to approach each situation as a unique situation. As a writing consultant what I loved hearing about was when students became more confident and improved to the point of independence. Because of this my teaching style involves breaking down the writing process into a format that is understandable for the student and using the foundations of their learning. As a student myself, I appreciate and respond best to constructive criticism, and so I have learned to first praise, and then improve.
