A Little Bit About Me...

I do enjoy working with students and seeing them strive to excellence. I am patient and will work with students to help scaffold them to higher learning. I believe that there are several different ways to teach students and knowing which way will help benefit your child. I have my BS in Elementary Education with minors in Science and Social Studies. I completed my student teaching requirements in inner city Milwaukee. I then was hired right out of college to teach 5th grade in Arizona which I did for two years. I then transferred to third grade and began my masters program in reading. As a graduate of Indiana University and a current law student at the Ave Maria School of Law, I was and still very much am driven by a desire to learn and share that knowledge with those around me. I earned a BA in Political Science and a Minor in International Studies with a concentration in Human Rights. A Little Bit About Me...

As an undergraduate student, I had the opportunity to work as a tutor in the Writing Center of Andrews University. I assisted both undergraduate and graduate students and community members with various essays and papers, concentrating on grammatical correctness and content development. I also worked as the Ceramics Director at Camp Au Sable Youth Camp in Grayling, MI, teaching kids, teenagers and adult campers ceramics and managing the ceramics department.
