My experience as a newspaper editor helped me to develop a collaborative teaching style. My teaching experience came from tutoring at Alkebulan Village for the last two years. I tutored high school students at different levels of math such as Pre-Algebra, Algebra (I & II), Geometry, Precalculus. I also prepared the student for the ACT exam. While I was in college, I also tutored many students in calculus (I, II & III), Differential Equations, Linear Equations, C++, and Microsoft office words, and excel.

A Little Bit About Me...

For two years I was an ESL teacher in Japan with the company English Club. While there, I acquired unique experience in the field of education. Not only did I have to design and tailor each class to the student's abilities and age, but I had to come up with creative ways to relay the material given the constrains on communication. I also have tutoring experience with 826 Michigan in Ann Arbor, which I did once a week for two years.
