A Little Bit About Me...

I have public accounting experience in audit and tax services. My degree in Accounting is from the University of Alabama. I am currently pursuing a Masters of Accountancy and sitting for the CPA exam. I have spent time tutoring classmates and younger students in a variety of subjects. I have a great joy working with children because most of them are eager to learn. Along with patience and proper instruction I am a firm believer the scores will be achieved without the child feeling diappointed. I believe through visual picture walks and other techniques children want to be successful and make their parents and teachers happy. I have a very long history in school -- I have been in and out of school for many, many years, staggering my diploma, bachelor's, master's and doctorate across 25 years interspersed with jobs in industry. I believe learning is a lifelong process and that it never ends! I have a diploma in public relations, a bachelors in telecom, a master's in mass communication, and a doctorate in communication.
