I enjoy working with children of all ages. It is the duty of the teacher to meet children where they are and help them develop skills in their unique learning style. Learning should be interesting; an exploration of their world. I am patient, kind and enjoy encouraging children in their potential. I graduated from the University of South Alabama with an Elementary Education degree in December of 2005. During this time, I completed my student teaching at Holloway Elementary School. A Little Bit About Me...

I have studied Latin for 7 years, and have earned 27 credit hours at the collegiate level in the field with a 4.0 average in those courses in Latin Poetry, Latin Prose Composition, Latin Epistolary Writings, and Liturgical Latin. I have tutored 7 students in 100 and 200 level Latin courses at Franciscan University of Steubenville over the past 3 years. I have also earned 15 credit hours in Ancient Greek and 16 credit hours in Modern German, giving me extensive experience with analyzing grammar, syntax, morphology, and etymology differences between languages. I have also led two Latin teaching programs at the University, one for local high school students, and another for students of the University.
