I spent two years volunteering as a tutor at local elementary schools, working with students to succeed in math, reading, social studies, spelling, etc. In 2011, I was hired as a private tutor in Latin, and the student's test scores increased from a 70% average to a 94% average over two weeks. I was a straight-A student in high school, scored 2340 on the SAT (740 CR, 800 M, 800 W), and 36 on the ACT.

I have a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering from MIZZOU. I am very proficient in technical editing, critiquing papers and writing technical papers.
Hands on, Practice based, through step by step instruction. Visual learning whenever applicable. Geometry, algebra, physics, and some calculus are in my range of teaching. I love working with children of all ages and abilities and helping them with academics. I don't believe I have a specific teaching style. I know that I have to be flexible and creative with each student. Everyone learns differently, and I feel it is my obligation to find what works for each child. I do belive in providing hands on and real life scenarios when teaching.
