A Little Bit About Me...

I recently spent my final year in college employed by Ohio University as a tutor for athletes. I was paired with a young wrestler and my duties were to help him with all aspects of his studies. We covered courses including mathematics, finance, and economics. We generally met from four to six hours per week. Personally, I have earned degrees in mathematics with a concentration in actuarial science, as well as a degree in finance. I am an expert in calculus, statistics, and probability.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping students understand mathematics. Math can be challenging, but when it is finally understood it can be extremely rewarding. I firmly believe that the key to mastering math is by repetition of examples rather than by studying complex theories.
