Out of college I had a few long-term sub positions in area school districts before getting a full time teaching position at Charters Valley School District. A Little Bit About Me...

Since November 2009, I’ve been teaching general biology at Logan-Hocking High School in Logan, Ohio. I have developed lesson plans, managed classroom learning, doing all the things any other science teacher would. In the summer of 2009, I worked in Albany, New York for the Albany Pine Bush Preserve conducting surveys in the preserve for the endangered Karner Blue Butterfly. All the assigned tasks required knowledge of general biology, especially in plant natural history. I graduated in May 2009 from Muskingum University where I obtained a B.S. in biology. My coursework for this degree included Molecular Biology, Genetics, Conservation Biology, Advanced Botany, Vertebrate Natural History, among others.

I graduated from Youngstown State University with my Bachelors of Science in Education in May 2009.
