I have been teaching Professional Development classes at McNeese State University for the past 11 years. Those classes include MS Word (varying levels), MS Powerpoint (varying levels), MS Access (varying levels, and Beginning Windows.

My teaching style is one that I obtained from two of my favorite college teachers whom I wished all others would duplicate themselves after. When I teach, I introduce myself and let others introduce themselves. I project an image of someone who is willing and able to assist and teach...someone who really does care (of which I have been told many times by former students). I let students know that if they have a question about anything, to please ask me. I am a detailed person and so I like to give detailed steps in achieving a desired outcome. I am positive minded and encourage my students on a positive level because how a person thinks is the direction they will be moving towards.
