I am a NYS Certified Elementary School Teacher, currently working as a Staff Developer for Eastern Suffolk BOCES, training administrators and teachers to make data-driven instructional decisions, especially as these data relate to student performance on the NYS Assessments. My most recent classroom experience is at the early childhood level, where I have been the Lead Teacher in a pre-kindergarten classroom, and previously, the Director of a small, private nursery school. I spent a year facilitating a homework help group for school-age children at a local homeless shelter, and have 7 years experience preparing high school students for the SAT's.
